This set was advertized as a "Bavarian Set", so I bought it. In fact there is a rule sheet along with the set that says "Printed in Bavaria". All that really tells us is that the document was printed there. It
was made in England. The tiles closely resemble Milton Bradley designs so I am saying that this set was probably made by the same company that supplied Milton Bradley with tiles.
This set has 144 wood tiles, numerous colored wooden sticks for betting and a pair of dice and 2 of 4 wooden wind disks.
The tiles measure 1 1/4" x 3/4" x 5/16", the designs are embossed and painted on natural wood. The box measures 8" x 5 1/4" x 3". The sheet measures 7 1/2" x 5 1/4", it has printing on both sides. |
