If you have looked at wood sets at all you have seen one from Milton Bradley Co., for the most part they are in a red colored cardboard box, the tiles are simple with painted faces. I have a couple of sets that are a departure from those 'typical' ones, this set is the best! Judging from the quality of the box, the tiles and the attached name plate, this must have been a special set. The step up in quality includes painted faces but the edges are beveled and all other sides are painted black. Please look in my museum for more pictures including a shot of the side and backs. (Maybe a gift to a dear friend of the company, or the boss's set).

There are 144 wood tiles, numerous little brightly colored plastic betting sticks and a pair of black dice. The tiles measure 1 3/16" x 13/16" x 7/16" and t he box measures 9 " x 6 1/2" x 4 3/8". There is no booklet with the set. There is definitely signs that this set has been played with and some of the tiles are a bit yellow. Terrific little set!
