From Chad Valley, another English label with numerous editions. This set is in a long red cardboard box to accommodate four wooden racks. This particular set is wood, a little block
with a rectangle carved out of the face and a paper decal with the tile design glued in the depression. This box is not in very good condition. This set has 144 wood tiles, numerous colored wooden disks for betting and a pair of dice. Interesting tiles, painted on all sides. There is usually a booklet but this one is missing. One of the things I try to do is replace missing items when the opportunity arises. The tiles measure 1 1/4" x 7/8" x 1/2", the designs are paper decals glued to painted wood. The box measures 14 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 3 3/4". The book that belongs with a set like this measures 7 1/4" x 4 7/8", it has 24 pages. |
