"CHANG" A neat little set with several 'extras'. The tiles are varnished on at least 4 sides (for some reason not the ends). There is a good
quantity of round colored sticks
for betting, a cute French Ivory Mingg jar with wind disks, a pair of dice, a great little book and finally the little piece of paper in the picture which explains the value of the sticks. I like the dragons on this set and at the same time find the designs for flowers and seasons very familiar.
This one is from the 'Lee Chang Company'. Like many other companies, this one has two addresses, one in the US and one in China.
The tiles measure 1 1/4" x 7/8" x 5/8", the designs are embossed (lightly) and painted. The box measures 8 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 3 1/4". The booklet measures 5 3/4" x 4 " and it has 16 pages. |
