This set is " X Edition". First, the box is a bit different, only 3 drawers so the tiles are in 2 layers, the bottom drawer has tiles and betting sticks and dice. There is also a different version of the red booklet. Looking at the tiles the obvious difference is that they are layered. One layer appears to have a green tint to it, I do not know why. I also think that at some point someone got those layers mixed up and that's why some of the tiles appear to be a different color. The other reason could have something to do with the green paint actually soaking into that layer. These tiles are identical to the "Hong Kong" set.
There are 144 tiles in this set, they measure 1 1/4" x 15/16" x 3/8". The box
measures 6 3/4" x 5 1/2" x 2 7/8". This booklet measures 5 3/8" x 4 3/8" and it has 16 pages. |
